These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Bitbandy.com (the "Platform"), operated by Bitbandy ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use.

Bitbandy is a ticketing and event discovery platform. We do not create, host, or control events. Event Organisers ("Organisers") are solely responsible for the planning, quality, safety, and execution of their events.

• Users must be 18 years or older (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction).
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information.

Bitbandy charges a non-refundable processing fee on each ticket sold. Organisers are informed of applicable fees before publishing events.

Refunds are the sole responsibility of the Organiser (see Refund Policy). Bitbandy does not refund processing fees under any circumstances.

Organisers receive ticket proceeds on a regular schedule, subject to payment processor timelines. Bitbandy may delay or withhold payouts in cases of fraud, disputes, or chargebacks.

• Host illegal or fraudulent events.
• Infringe intellectual property rights.
• Misrepresent your identity or activities.
• Upload harmful, abusive, or defamatory content.

Bitbandy is not responsible for event cancellations, postponements, or changes; losses resulting from force majeure; or any disputes between Organisers and Attendees. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bitbandy’s liability is limited to the fees paid directly to us for our services.

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or non-compliance with applicable laws.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
