1. General
Bitbandy provides the ticketing platform only. Refunds are handled by the Event Organiser.
2. Organiser Responsibility
- Each Organiser sets their own refund rules (e.g., timeframes, partial refunds, no-refund policies).
- Attendees must contact the Organiser directly for refund requests.
3. Bitbandy’s Role
- Our service fees are non-refundable, regardless of the outcome.
- If an event is cancelled, Bitbandy may assist in facilitating refund requests, but ultimate responsibility rests with the Organiser.
4. Force Majeure
If events are cancelled or disrupted due to causes beyond reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions, technical failures), Organisers are not automatically obligated to issue refunds.
