These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Bitbandy platform (“Platform”). By accessing or using Bitbandy, you agree to these Terms.

Bitbandy provides technology that helps organisers create and sell tickets and helps attendees discover and purchase tickets. Organisers are responsible for planning, executing, and delivering their events, including event rules, safety, and attendee experience.

• You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction.
• You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information on the Platform.

Available payment options are shown at checkout. Any applicable platform or processing fees will be displayed before you confirm payment.

Refund rules are typically defined by the organiser for each event. Please review the event’s refund policy before purchasing.

• Hosting illegal, fraudulent, or misleading events.
• Impersonation or misrepresentation of identity.
• Uploading abusive, harmful, or defamatory content.
• Attempting to disrupt or compromise platform security.

Bitbandy is not responsible for organiser actions, event cancellations, venue issues, or disputes between organisers and attendees. Liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.

We may suspend or terminate access where we reasonably believe there is a violation of these Terms, fraud, abuse, or harmful activity.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
